Parse the given input buffer into a new GroupAddress instance.

Parameters

options  ParserOptions
The parser options to use.
buffer  Byte
The input buffer.
startIndex  Int32
The starting index of the input buffer.

Return Value

GroupAddress
The parsed GroupAddress.

options is null.

buffer is null.

ArgumentOutOfRangeExceptionstartIndexis out of range.
ParseExceptionbuffer could not be parsed.
Remarks
Parses a single GroupAddress. If the address is not a group address or there is more than a single group address, then parsing will fail.
