buffer  Byte
The input buffer.
startIndex  Int32
The starting index of the input buffer.

InternetAddress
The parsed InternetAddress.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullExceptionbuffer is null.
ArgumentOutOfRangeExceptionstartIndex is out of range.
ParseExceptionbuffer could not be parsed.
Remarks
Parses a single MailboxAddress or GroupAddress. If the buffer contains more data, then parsing will fail.
