Parameters

min  Int32
The minimum index.
max  Int32
The maximum index, or -1 to specify no upper bound.
callback  ImapFetchStreamCallback
A callback method that gets called for each stream as it is received.
cancellationToken  CancellationToken  (Optional)
The cancellation token.
progress  ITransferProgress  (Optional)
The progress reporting mechanism.
