uids  IListUniqueId
The UIDs of the messages.
modseq  UInt64
The mod-sequence value.
annotations  IListAnnotation
The annotations to store.
cancellationToken  CancellationToken  (Optional)
The cancellation token.

The unique IDs of the messages that were not updated.
