Decode a domain name, converting it to a string of Unicode characters.

Syntax

string Decode(
	string domain,
	int index,
	int count
)

domain String: The ASCII-encoded domain name.
index Int32: A zero-based offset into domain that specifies the start of the substring to convert. The conversion operation continues to the end of the string.
count Int32: The number of characters to convert in the substring that starts at the position specified by index in the domain string.

String
The Unicode domain name.
