Try to parse the given input buffer into a new GroupAddress instance.

Parameters

buffer  Byte[]
The input buffer.
startIndex  Int32
The starting index of the input buffer.
group  GroupAddress
The parsed group address.

Return Value

Boolean
true if the address was successfully parsed; otherwise, false.
Exceptions

ArgumentNullExceptionbuffer is null.
ArgumentOutOfRangeExceptionstartIndex is out of range.
Remarks
Parses a single GroupAddress. If the address is not a group address or there is more than a single group address, then parsing will fail.
