Parameters

beginOffset  Int64

The offset into the stream where the preamble began.

beginLineNumber  Int32

The line number where the preamble began.

cancellationToken  CancellationToken

The cancellation token.

Called when the beginning of the preamble of a multipart is encountered in the stream.

This method is always paired with a corresponding call to OnMultipartPreambleEnd(Int64, Int32, Int64, Int32, CancellationToken).
