Parameters

A buffer containing the multipart preamble text.

startIndex  Int32

The index denoting the starting position of the content within the buffer.

count  Int32

The length of the content within the buffer, in bytes.

cancellationToken  CancellationToken

The cancellation token.

Called when multipart preamble text is read from the stream.
